Doljabi is a traditional Korean ritual that is typically performed on a baby's 1st birthday. There are a number of items laid out before the baby and they choose their own fortune. The items laid out represent different hopes and dreams for the baby.
We were so lucky to receive our own Doljabi box from a student of Asya's Grandma. This student went home to Korea to visit her family, and as a baby shower gift, we were presented with this authentic, specially custom filled Doljabi box for Asya.
